Abercrombie Solar is a 295-megawatt solar generation facility we plan to build in Abercrombie Township, North Dakota. It鈥檚 currently known as the Flickertail Solar Project and is under development by Flickertail Solar, LLC.听

Once complete, we estimate it will provide $23.8 million in local and state tax benefits over the 35-year life of the facility and create approximately 300 construction jobs at peak construction.听听

Combined with our existing low-cost energy generation resources, Abercrombie Solar will help us continue to provide cost-effective, reliable electricity to our customers.听

Timeline听

Pending approvals, we anticipate full operation of Abercrombie Solar in 2028.听听

Abercrombie Solar will be located in Abercrombie Township, northwest of Wahpeton, North Dakota.听
