Customer Stock Purchase Plan

Because we鈥檙e a听subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation, you can purchase stock in听听through the Customer Stock Purchase Plan.听

Here's how it works

• If you鈥檙e a customer, you can purchase common stock鈥攚ithout paying transaction charges or brokerage fees鈥攂y adding your investment to your monthly electric bill payment.
• For added convenience, you can buy Otter Tail Corporation shares using听Ready Check. Deduct your investment and bill charges automatically from your bank account each month. You decide how much to invest each month when you enroll in this program.
• After a minimum initial investment of $100, you can choose to invest from $10 to $10,000 a month without brokerage fees. Just add the amount to your monthly electric bill payment and write a note on your statement that says "for stock purchase." If you decide not to purchase stock in any month, simply do nothing.听

The investment is easy to track

Shortly after each purchase you'll receive a statement showing the number of shares in your account. Your investment grows because quarterly dividends are reinvested automatically to purchase additional shares.听
