If you experience difficulties while accessing My Account,听try these simple troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache.
  2. Check to make sure your browser is up to date.
  3. Restart your browser and/or computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  4. Don鈥檛 forget to update your bookmarks and any other shortcuts you may have created as the updated portal, in some cases, uses different web URL addresses.

We鈥檝e transitioned to Paymentus as our payment processing company. 听

You may manage your payments, including autopay and other preferences, in our new portal. You'll find this information in the View/pay bill听section. Look for the link to听Manage autopay.

Your energy control alert subscriptions are limited to the rate(s) and service locations associated with your registered account(s). Energy control alerts may be sent to the email address used as your username or your may add additional email addresses.听

You can also view energy control activity that is currently underway or that has occurred during the past 48 hours at otpco.com/EnergyControl.听

Our My Account portal is unable to collect donations for those in need of energy assistance. We appreciate your past support and encourage you to continue contributing by mail. All funds received are direct to support those in need of assistance.

Our new portal is unable to accommodate stock purchases.
